What the package Includes:

  • License of a recent aerial image (Up to 4km2).
  • A consultation of up to 4 hours.
  • Up to 10 hours of overall mapping time (preparation, on site consultation and post production)
  • The creation, printing and delivery of a magnetic whiteboard up to 1200x1500mm, printed on colorbond.
  • The creation and supply of 3 data-specific digital maps.
    • By default a standard map, image map, and irrigation.But other types available, like stock water, effluent and contour depending on your needs

Additional Charges

  1. Aerial Photograph Purchase and Licencing:
    • Up to 4km2 is included
    • For an image size of up to:
      • 4-6 km2 = $50.
      • 6-8 km2 = $100.
      • 8-10 km2 = $150.
      • 10-15 km2 = $250.
      • FMS will need to provide a quote for >15 km2.
    • Where it becomes necessary to source and process an image from Google Earth, the following prices will apply:
      • 4-6 km2 = $25.
      • 6-8 km2 = $50.
      • 8-10 km2 = $75.
      • >10km2 = $125.
  2. Magnetic Whiteboard Upgrade:
    • Allowed up to 1200 x 1500mm.
    • Upgrade to a 1200 x 1800mm WB for an extra $144.00.
  3. Excess Mapping Time:
    • Allowed up to 10 hours (which includes preparation, on site consultation and post production).
    • $130.00 for every extra hour.
  4. Extra PDF’s:
    • 3 Included, $130 each thereafter.
  5. Extra Blocks:
    • The Fonterra package allows the main dairy farm only to be mapped.
    • Other blocks bring an extra charge of $400 dollars that includes:
      • Aerial image of up to 4km2.
      • 4 hours of mapping time.
      • 1 PDF
  6.  Magnets
    • $40.00 for a pack of 40 (Choose from a range of options)
  7. Notepads
    • 10 x A5 pads = $120
    • 10 x A4 pads = $190
    • 10 x A3 pads = $230
    • 20 x A5 pads = $180
    • 20 x A4 pads = $280
    • 20 x A3 pads = $400
  8. Gate Signs
    • For a minimum order of 20:
      • 450 x 600mm = $80 each.
      • 300 x 450mm = $60 each.
      • 225 x 450mm = $50 each.

Prices do not include GST unless stated. Only one discount or offer per invoice, and not available on the Multi-farm Package.
Extra costs may apply: Distances further than 200km from our office locations may cost extra. A ‘stand up’ fee of $400 applies for inability to meet with our mapper on the day. All delivery generally included with a package, extra delivery costs may apply for separate items.
